Shahrasti Upazilla

Shahrasti is an Upazila of Chandpur District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is located at 23.2222° North and 90.9500° East. It is bounded by Laksam and Monohorganj on the east, Hajiganj on the west, Kachua and Barua on the north, and Chatkhil and Ramganj on the south. In 1983, with consent of local people, the upazila was named after Hajrat Shahrasti (R).
